Terms and Conditions
- Rates are for a calendar month and are subject to VAT and electricity charge.
- Rates are inclusive of service charge, maid service, free access to the Internet (land & wireless) and viewing 10 channels of UBC TV.
- One month deposit and one month advance rental are required for tenancy of less than five months.
- Two month deposit and one month advance rental are required for tenancy of over five months.
- All rates are subject to change without notice.
Note
As the apartments are self-catering, meals are not served neither is there a room service. Breakfast, however, will be served and will be charged Bht. 250 + vat per person. Meals can very conveniently be ordered from an outside Room Service Company.
We pride ourselves on giving unobtrusive services, and charging fairly for essential services such as telephone and laundry.
